These terms govern your use of NearHands ("we," "the platform," "the directory"). By registering a listing or using the directory to find a worker, you agree to these terms.
NearHands is a free, self-service directory. Workers list themselves — their name, trade, locality, phone number, and rate. Customers browse and contact workers directly. NearHands does not employ, supervise, vet, or manage any listed worker, and does not act as an agent, broker, or placement service between workers and customers.
All information in a listing — skills, experience, rates, and availability — is provided by the worker themselves and is not independently verified by NearHands unless explicitly marked as verified. NearHands does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the quality of any work performed, or the conduct of any listed worker or customer.
NearHands does not employ any listed worker. Any work arrangement, payment, or agreement made between a worker and a customer is strictly between those two parties. NearHands is not a party to, and accepts no liability for, any such arrangement.
Ratings and comments are submitted by users after contacting or hiring a worker. Ratings reflect individual opinions, not verified facts. NearHands may remove ratings that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms, at its discretion.
NearHands is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NearHands disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, dispute, or harm arising from a worker's conduct, work quality, non-performance, or any interaction between users of the platform.
A worker may request removal of their own listing at any time by contacting us at plothivesales@gmail.com. NearHands may also remove any listing found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms.
These terms may be updated as NearHands grows (for example, when subscription features are introduced). Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
